The terminal is wall
mounted near the entrance of the location (office, factory,
institution etc).
Administrator registers fingerprint (or issues card) to
each employee.
Master data of employee (name, designation, department,
shift etc) is entered/imported into the software.
Whenever an employee enters or exits the location he needs
to scan his finger/card on the terminal.
The terminal captures all the entry and exit swipes accurately.
The data is sent to SmartX server through internet.
The server processes the same and provides online reports
to management and employee.
The terminal has the capacity to store the data for days
in case of connectivity failure. Hence there is no data
loss in any case. |
